Advanced Deposit Policy
In order to guarantee your reservation the 1st night’s room +tax will be charged once the cancellation window has closed. Your reservation is subject to cancellation if the credit card provided declines. 

Check-in Age
You must be at least 21 years old in order to check-in

Damage Fee
Any smoking/room damage will impose a minimum penalty charge of $250.00 on your final bill. 

Hotel Deposit Policy upon Check-In
Upon Check-in there will be a $100.00 additional hold on the credit card provided for the hotel security deposit. This deposit may also be provided in cash. The deposit is released upon check out. Cash Deposits: Only the hotel registered guest may retrieve the cash deposit. 

Non-Refundable Reservations
Non Refundable reservations are charged for every night’s room + tax upon booking. These reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should you need to cancel, you will not receive a refund. 

Non-Smoking Policy
All of our rooms are non-smoking. There is a designated guest smoking area on-premises. 

Parking
Self-Parking is available at $31+tax per night 
In a double space: Pull all the way forward
Parked behind someone else: Leave your keys at the front desk 
Double Park = Double the charge 
Unregistered and cars blocking another car without keys at the front desk: WILL BE TOWED at vehicle owner’s expense. 

Pet Policy
We love our pets, but they cannot stay with us. Service animals are welcomed.
Knowing and fraudulent representation as owner or trainer of guide, signal or service dog is a misdemeanor. Penal Code 365.7

Service Fee
To offset the increased cost of hotel operations, to ensure our employees continue to receive the compensation and benefits they deserve a 6.75% surcharge is added to the nightly room rate. 

Taxes
Taxes for our property are 15.5% of your room rate.
